This is a fantastic time to join as they continue to grow and expand operations, they are seeking a talented and strategic-minded Finance Business Partner to join. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive financial performance, and contribute to the success of the business.

As part of the role the Finance Business Partner will serve as a key liaison between the finance department and various business units within the organisation. This role will involve providing financial insights, analysis, and strategic guidance to support decision-making, optimise performance, and drive business growth. The Finance Business Partner will work closely with stakeholders to understand their objectives, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop actionable plans to achieve financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their goals, objectives, and challenges, and provide financial support and guidance to help achieve them.
  • Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting, to identify key drivers of financial performance and provide insights into potential risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support strategic decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives to improve operational efficiency, increase profitability, and drive business growth.
  • Provide support and guidance on financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators, and provide regular reporting and analysis to business leaders and senior management.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and automation to streamline financial processes and enhance productivity.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive business performance and achieve financial objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders and senior management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information and insights in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to business challenges.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Experience with financial systems and tools, such as ERP systems, Excel, and financial reporting software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
