Finance Business Partner

Robert Half are recruiting a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis with a business based in Gloucester. This is a full time position suiting a qualified accountant with experience of working in a similar role in a large organisation.

The role

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for managing budgets and forecasts for multiple business sites, working closely with the operations team to deliver financial results and drive profitability. We are seeking a strong communicator with previous business partnering experience preferably within retail or manufacturing. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Weekly and monthly reporting and forecasting.
• Financial analysis.
• Budgeting - to include working closely with internal stakeholders to produce and manage budgets.
• Managing 1 team member.
• Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders to include operations.
• Presenting figures to internal stakeholders.
• Managing costs and optimising profitability.

Profile

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified with 4+ years PQE.
• Previous line management experience.
• Retail/manufacturing experience desirable.
• Knowledge of SAP desirable.
