The Finance Business Partner will play a critical role in providing financial insights and analysis and key performance indicators in order to drive strategic decisions within the wider business. This role will be based in Leeds and is pivotal in supporting the wider business from a finance and commercial perspective.

Client Details

Our client is a very successful business within services sector. Their main offices are located in Leeds.

Description

  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision making
  • Work with various departments to manage costs and improve profitability
  • Ensure accurate and timely KPI reporting
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies across the wider business
  • Support and then lead in budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Manage financial risks and opportunities

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • Professional qualification in Accounting (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
  • PQE of at least 1 year is desired
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with financial systems and software

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per year
  • Hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home
  • Early finish for the weekend
  • Free food when in the office
  • Birthday day off
