Finance Business Partner

Investigo are currently partnering a rapidly expanding business within the Leisure sector. My client pride themselves on their fantastic family culture and flexibility with a clear and strong career progression path. This business is in need of a highly commercial and strong Finance Business Partner to help influence and build great relationships with non-finance individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Weekly Flash of financial performance to course correct as required
• Setting of annual financial budget built up from revenue drivers and KPIs
• Monthly management accounts completed within agreed timescales and to provide commentary to Head of FP&A
• Quarterly balance sheet reviews with UK Finance Controller
• Business cases for major capital expenditure plans to ensure hurdle rates can be achieved
• Trusted Advisor to General Managers across each business unit often advising on non-financial matters
• Continuous improvement initiatives - new systems implementation or new processes

Qualifications:

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified or QBE
• Strong excel skills
• Passion for improving processes
