Venn Group are currently partnering with a Housing Association based in Oxfordshire who are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner. The successful Finance Business Partner will work directly with senior managers to review and enhance budgetary control across the department.

Job title: Finance Business Partner

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 pa

Location: Oxfordshire

Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of the annual budget and monthly performance report
  • Provide a finance business partnering service, liaising with budget holders, monitoring performance, maintaining budgetary control and investigating queries
  • Maintain effective oversight of the treasury management function, ensuring interest and capital repayments have been made
  • Ensure reconciliations are conducted monthly
  • Ensure fixed asset records are accounted for
  • Facilitate internal and external audit reviews

Experience required:

  • Qualified Accountant
  • Team management
  • Social Housing experience
