An exciting role where your finance work will have an indirect impact on enabling people to live their best life as a Finance Business Partner.  
 
What you'll be doing...
You will be providing financial planning support to the senior management team and will foster strong working relationships.
You will partner with key stakeholders in various parts of the organisation, but in particular supporting the operations team at a service and regional level helping to improve overall service performance.
You will support the budgeting and forecasting processes, helping to build up
stretching but realistic targets engaging with and working alongside operations and central stakeholders.
You will support key stakeholders from a financial and commercial point of view, helping to drive optimal business decisions and to deliver better financial
You will develop and deliver focused reporting and analysis to the operations
and central teams.

What you'll need to offer...
  • You'll be a part qualified CCAB (ACA / ACCA / CIPFA )CIMA accountant or qualified by experience (QBE).
  • If you have previous experience of working within the not-for-profit it would be useful, but if you don't have this it would be a great opportunity to be able to transfer your skills into this sector.
  • A great track record in finance business partnering.
  • A willingness to travel to support key operations stakeholders across Yorkshire and the North East as needed
  • Advanced Excel and other Microsoft office skills.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Power BI
  • Full UK driving licence
