Role details
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth relationship between Group Strategy, Finance and the Leisure area of the business. The successful candidate will support the Executive Management Team as well as other key sales and delivery staff with all aspects of Finance; from the operational to the strategic elements, ensuring the business grows revenues, profit and cash to their maximum potential. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact.

Responsibilities of the Financial Accountant
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of our client's Leisure segment. You will be involved in every aspect of financial planning, from analysing current revenues, costs, overheads, EBITDA and cash flows to calculating ROI and other key metrics. Your input will be invaluable in forming robust plans for commercial deals, reviewing contracts, and identifying areas for growth. With your strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills, you will build relationships across the organisation and ensure that financial policies are well understood.

What the successful candidate will bring
* CIMA / ACA / ACCA qualified or international equivalent with Finance related degree or equivalent experience
* Extremely strong commercial acumen, including demonstrable experience of personally driving material growth
* Ability to perform complex investment appraisals
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong business partnering experience
* Ability to deliver and handle change
