Commercial Finance Analyst

An exciting expanding global beauty and skincare FMCG company with a dynamic and collaborative culture are seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst/Finance Business Partner to join the team.

You will be reporting to the Head of Commercial finance and business partnering with tech and other teams to help add value to the company and enhance efficiency.

The main responsibilities:

• Accurate forecasting and business planning and working on strategy 

• Play an important role in delivering the budget process for all brands

• Work closely with the rest of commercial finance to offer key insight and identifying emerging trends on business performance

• Be innovative and creative to improve financial processes and systems

• Use financial insight and data to help the business control its costs and then use that insight to make strategic decisions

• Complete important analysis tasks for the business and be a strong part of various projects

The ideal candidate

• Fully Qualified/ Finalist (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)

• Good understanding of the consumer market

• Experience of working in commercial finance 

• Great relationship building and communication skills 

• Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to be pro-active

• Strong organisational skills - ability to prioritise and work to deadlines

• Good modelling and excel skills
