Churchill Howard are recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a leading, employee centric employer in Worcestershire. This role sits within the development division and is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has the determination and drive to help achieve ambitious goals in a challenging and rewarding environment.

The role will see you partner senior operational leaders, giving financial advice to inform key commercial decisions as well as taking ownership of the short and long term financial planning. You will lead and manage a small team ensuring process are optimised and the quality of output is exceptional.

You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with a proven background in commercial finance and business partnering. Our client is looking for commercial acumen; someone capable of understanding the bigger picture, and who is keen to take on more responsibility and grow with the team over time.
