Finance Business Partner -Permanent - up to £45,000pa - Corby - Office Based - Full Time

Looking for a driven individual to develop their career further looking for a Finance Business Partner , where you'll play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making in our dynamic logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the operational teams to analyze financial data and provide insights to optimize performance
• Assist with Month Financial statements, budgets and forecasts
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management
• Lead the management accounting function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives to drive business growth

Requirements:

• Qualified or Part qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA (study support provided) or QBE
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skill
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
