Finance Business Partner

About the Role:

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be a strategic advisor, partnering with key stakeholders across the business. You'll leverage your financial expertise to translate complex data into actionable insights, supporting informed decision-making and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business unit leaders to understand their strategic goals and challenges.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and develop financial forecasts and models.
• Support budgeting, cost management, and profitability initiatives.
• Provide financial guidance and recommendations on business decisions, including investments, mergers & acquisitions, and product launches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Engineering) to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.
• Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

• ACA. CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional designation preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance role, with some experience in a business partnering capacity.
• Strong understanding of financial modelling, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for business leaders.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry a plus.
