One of the appealing aspects often highlighted by finance business partners is the opportunity to engage with tangible products when working in a manufacturing business. This is the opportunity to partner with the operations and commercial teams, you'll be involved in product costings, costings of new products, and analysing the performance of the business. This is a growing SME so you'll have the reigns and be the go-to person for finance and the wider business. 

With strong forecasted growth it's likely this role will lead to further opportunity in the group, as a group they have made significant investments to expand its portfolio and offering, and, with their finance team sat centrally on this site you'll be privy to the next internal opportunity.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all facets of management reporting of 2 sites, ensuring timeliness in month-end
- Serve as the primary liaison for business partnering closely with key stakeholders to deliver insightful analysis.
- Prepare and present comprehensive budget and forecast reports to senior management, offering insightful analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation

It's an ideal move for a Qualified Management Accountant with commercial acumen and looking to get out into the business a bit more in their next role, or a seasoned finance business partner who is looking to join a small/medium size business where they will be able to contribute more.
