HW People have been exclusively retained by a fast growing, Private Equity backed professional services client who are looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner as part of their strategic goals.

Reporting into the Head of FP&A the Finance Business Partner you will play a key role in driving financial performance, providing strategic insights, and supporting decision-making across the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will be business partnering Finance and the wider team to understand any strategic objectives whilst advising on best practice.

Key responsibilities will include financial planning and forecasting processes, development and maintenance of financial models, dashboards, and reports, analyse financial performance, identify trends, variances, and opportunities as well as drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of Finance Business Partnering with a strategic mindset, the ability to think critically and make business decisions in a fast-paced environment as well as demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. A Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field is preferred and qualified in either ACA, ACCA or CIMA.

Salary c£75,000 plus excellent benefits

Hybrid working 3 days onsite per week
