Pure are delighted to be working with a well established business on the outskirts of Chelmsford who are looking for a Finance Business Partner on a 9/12 month contract basis. Previous experience in an Analyst/ Finance Business Partner role as well as all round management accounts experience is essential. This is a hybrid role in a dynamic and growing company.

  • Responsible for supporting the FP&A Manager in the commercial production, review and communication of monthly management accounts.
  • Ensure that all variances Revenue and Gross profit to Overheads, for their responsible area are fully understood
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating a number of key reporting tools used within the business including sales pipelines and risks and opportunities.
  • Responsible for producing and distributing incentive tracking reports.
  • Responsible for developing and producing monthly reporting for budget holders to enable increased visibility of revenue, margin performance and costs, and subsequent management.
  • Develop and produce monthly variance analysis, combining Financials and KPIS to deliver greater Commercial insight.
  • Aid in the development of key performance indicators
  • Assisting with Business cases for investments including ROI calculations.
  • Develop budget and forecast models, reducing duplication of effort whilst ensuring outputs are accurate, meaningful and timely.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc analysis as and when required.
