Resourcery Group is supporting a non-profit organisation based in Liverpool in the search for a Finance Business Partner. This is an exciting new opportunity that will report to the Finance Manager who oversees the Business Partnering team. This opportunity will allow you to join a reputable, forward-thinking organisation and work in a capable and professional team. 

As a Finance Business Partner, you will provide proactive financial support and advice to budget holders, enabling them to make well-informed business decisions. This role is crucial in building and maintaining positive relationships with budget holders, and requires strong communication skills as the liaison between the Finance team and operational areas of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of specific areas of income

Collaborating with other finance teams to:

  • Translate income information into the management accounts
  • Compile and analyse budgets/forecasts
  • Ensure maximum recovery of particular costs and provide analysis for those that are not recoverable
  • Report and analyse the income impact of vacant properties

Our client is seeking a candidate who possesses strong income reporting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach in building and maintaining relationships across the organisation. 

You should have:

  • ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) Part or fully Qualified
  • A proven track record in a similar position
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong analytical ability
