Finance Business Partner
Morgan McKinley is proud to be working in partnership with a global manufacturer to recruit a commercially minded and detail-oriented Finance Business Partner who is keen to work in a pivotal role driving financial success of the business by partnering with the senior leadership team and developing financial forecasting.
Finance Business Partner : Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire (Hybrid) : £55,000pa to £65,000pa plus great benefits and dynamic working
Working closely with the Head of Finance and wider business functions, the Key Duties of the role include:
- Preparing and presenting Financial reports including variance analysis
- Regularly monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions
- Staying up to date with industry trends and conditions to identify the impact on financial projections
- Partnering up with senior leaders to develop and refine the company's strategy plan
Ideal candidate profile:
- Qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA, CIMA
- Proven track record in FP&A and/or Finance Business Partnering
- Strong analytical skills alongside great attention to detail
- Able to work on own initiative and manage own workload effectively
