Description

  • Provide financial advice and guidance to key stakeholders within the organisation.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team within the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Monitor and manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Participate in financial audits and implement recommended changes.
  • Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Exposure in a similar role within the public sector - advantage
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
