Finance Business Partner - Winchester (Hybrid) - Up to £60,000

This listed client with a heritage spanning back over 200 years, based in Winchester, are seeking a Finance Business Partner due to continued success.

This Finance Business Partner role has been created to ensure that a specific division of the group can contribute as effectively as possible to the overall success of the organisation.

This opportunity would greatly suit an individual for an Analysis background, possibly a Management Accountant, someone with some exposure to forecasting.

We are happy to look at qualified and part qualified individuals for this role, someone looking to build upon their commercial accounting experiences.

A complex environment, you need the mental capacity to "pivot" when needed, you'll be pragmatic in your approach to work.

Day to day you could be getting hands on with....

• Month-end closing and production of management accounts for senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality
• Complete group reports, including commentary, and review balance sheet reconciliations
• Develop monthly and weekly cash flow reports
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the customer invoice process
• Drive process improvements and manage all planning activities, including budgets and forecasts
• Support tenders and commercial proposals as needed
• Establish regulatory compliance procedures and meet reporting deadlines

About you....

• Part / Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Experienced user of Finance & Accounting ERPs
• Attention to detail, ability to convert financial analysis into commercial decisions
