Description

  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Partner with non-finance stakeholders to provide strategic financial insight
  • Drive the delivery of financial targets and objectives
  • Monitor and report on financial performance and trends
  • Facilitate financial decision-making through robust analysis
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Participate in the development of the organisation's financial strategy
  • Manage and mentor a small finance team

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A professional qualification in Finance or Accounting
  • Significant experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong ability to influence and partner with non-finance stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication skills
