Exciting opportunity for a high caliber individual looking for a Finance Business Partner role in a leading organisation with a supportive culture and opportunity for progression.

My client is a leading Media business who is looking to expand their finance function by adding a Finance Business Partner to the team. This is a fantastic role for someone who is looking to develop their career in commercial finance. This would be the perfect next step for a qualified accountant looking to make their first move out of audit or for an individual from an existing Group function in a comparable media organisation who is looking to take on more responsibility.

The Role

Reporting into the Commercial Finance Manager, this role is responsible for:

• Business partnering in a pro-active, commercially astute manner
• Drive the evolution of management information and analysis
• Contribute to strategy through the development of budgets, forecasts and business plans
• Deliver monthly close; drive continuous improvement of processes, data integrity & strong financial control

You will regularly interact with senior management, meaning that stakeholder management skills and an affable personality are a must. This role requires a strong performer and somebody with the ambition and intellect to apply their own insights were possible and suggest improvements to existing processes.

Your Background

You are a qualified accountant with at least 0-2 years post qualified experience. Ideally, you are making your first move out of audit or have hands on experience at a comparable business.

Location

Central London with hybrid working from home.
