Salary £45,000 - £50,000 + bonus + flexible hybrid schedule (1-2 days a week in the office)

Role Overview:

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in our finance team, supporting key contracts and ensuring accurate financial information is provided to stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include analysing contracts, providing insights, and engaging with various stakeholders to mitigate risks and optimise financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team in preparing benefits papers, understanding underlying assumptions, and ensuring submission accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Head of Finance to maintain up-to-date accounting records and procedures.
• Identify and engage with key stakeholders to assess and communicate financial risks associated with specific contracts.
• Review financial and contractual documentation, participate in discussions across various disciplines, and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
• Provide timely and concise financial information related to specific contracts, supporting both internal and external reporting requirements.

Requirements:

• Fully Qualified Accountant or Finalist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail
