Finance Business Partner | High Growth SaaS Scaleup | London (Remote or Hybrid)

Harmonic are delighted to partner with a high growth SaaS scale-up in their search for a Finance Business Partner to join their UK team.

The business operates in the B2B SaaS & app development space, offering a data-driven software platform that supports some of the best-known global brands to make more informed business decisions. With an annual growth rate of 20% and the backing from private equity investors, our ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced business environments and will have the opportunity to progress their career quickly in an internationally scaling business.

Based in North London with a very flexible hybrid working model, you'll have full autonomy over how many days per week you work in the office including flexible working hours to suit you. Other benefits including unlimited annual leave, company-wide performance bonus and share options.

The Role:

As Finance Business Partner reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance, and will support with business partnering department heads, financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and adhoc project support.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop financial models, analysis, and reporting to support different projects.
  • Export, manipulate and combine large sets of data from different sources to extract business insight.
  • Create and maintain high quality KPI dashboards and reports for use across the business.
  • Support and maintain pricing/price books within Zappi's systems.
  • Build and maintain accurate databases of revenue and product information.
  • Work with the revenue function to maximise the data quality and accuracy of the company CRM.
  • Work with other departments, systems, and platforms (for example the Business Intelligence team, Tableau and Salesforce) to ensure consistency and integrity of financial information being reported and insights derived
  • Support the Sales and Marketing team with forecasting.
  • Support the wider finance team with other monthly and annual tasks as required (for example, sales commission calculations, revenue and cost of sales reporting and annual budgeting)
  • Support finance team with improving reporting, processes, and systems.

What we need to see (Essential):

  • 3-5 years in a previous business partnering or commercial finance role
  • Experience working in a high-growth, rapidly scaling environment
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues across the business.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, comfortable working with complex models
  • Commercially astute, with a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the finance function

What we'd like to see (bonus):

  • Experience in SaaS or Tech industry with an understanding of key KPI's and revenue models.
  • Experience of working in a growing, international, multi-currency group desirable

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + share options + bonus

Location: North London (Hybrid/Remote)
