Finance Business Partner - quick progression

Finance Business Partner - hybrid working, 4 days on-site 

£45,000 - £55,000 plus 20% bonus and strong benefits.

North Nottingham, Nottingham 

A Private Equity-backed business based in North Nottingham is looking to add a Finance Business Partner to their finance team in this newly created role. 

This business has had impressive growth during the last 4 years, it is profitable and cash-rich.  They have grown through acquisition and organic growth.  This has presented lots of opportunities to existing members of staff with individuals being internally promoted within short time scales.  

The role reports to a commercial, bright and conscientious Finance Director who will be proactive in supporting and developing your skill set to progress your career. 

In this role you will provide financial analysis, support, and insights to project teams, enabling effective decision-making, project planning, and performance monitoring. This role acts as the bridge between the finance department and project management teams, ensuring financial objectives align with project goals.  

You will be a Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA or ACCA) with experience in project accounting or Finance Business Partnering.  You will have strong financial modelling, analysis and reporting experience alongside excellent stakeholder management skills.
