Finance Business Partner (Part time- 21.6 hours per week) – Lancashire  - £41,418 to £44,428 + Benefits – Virtually remote

Our client is a large public sector organisation and we are seeking a Finance Business Partner to work along side and partner the property services team. The role will work with an established and committed team and your role will be to :

• Lead the provision of the finance partnering services to the property team.
• Prepare revenue and capital budget estimates.
• Provide comprehensive monitoring reports.
• Assist budget managers in monitoring expenditure and income.
• Prepare final accounts.
• Maintain and develop various financial database systems.
• Performance indicators and grant claims.
• Prepare business plans.

Ideally you will be a fully qualified accountant or actively studying towards being qualified with proven business partnering skills. The role will liaise with a number of key stake holders so the ability to work with non financial managers is essential.
