Finance Business Partner - Maternity Cover

Think Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working alongside a dynamic and growing company in the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner for a 12 month FTC.

Are you immedaitely available with experience as a Finance Business Partner looking to work with a leading Hospitality business in Hemel Hempstead?

The role offers an experienced Business Partner to work closely with the business to deliver value whilst driving financial performance!

Key Skills required for the role include:

• The ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders
• Previous experience in a business partnering
• CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified with 2 year PQE. Will consider newly qualified/finalist with relevant work experience.
• Experience creating models and analysing large volumes of data in excel or Power BI

Key roles responsibilities:

• Work with key bsiness operators to construct budgets
• Deliver detailed budgets and reforecasts throughout the year
• Utilise performance trends to devlelop month P&L
• Assist FP&A with 5 year plan
• Improve KPI standards
• Create monthly Board packs
• Ensure Capex requests are backed with strong business cases
• Provide commentary against budget and forecast
• review Management Accounts
