Finance Business Partner | Maidstone | £55k - £60k

Our client a manufacturing business are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner due to continued business success. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will play an important part in business projects supporting internal stakeholders to drive profitability.

This role is working 4 days a week in the office and 1 x day working from home.

Main responsibilities:-

  • Performance forecasting and planning for the group
  • KPI setting and monitoring
  • Cash flow forecasts
  • Liaising with senior management, heads of department and key leadership figures to gain business information and drive profitability
  • Building annual budgets and forecasts for different business units and consolidating
  • Analysing past financial performance and examining market trends
  • Create financial models to predict growth
  • Variance analysis
  • Evaluating new and existing projects, investments, and assets to determine their validity
  • Recommend improvements and use of financial structures
  • Ad-hoc improvement projects as they arise e.g. establishing capex system, project data capture, data integrity & investigation projects
  • Advise on problems and suggest improvements

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant, FP&A Analyst, or similar role
  • Minimum Part-Qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA, however qualified is preferred and QBE considered
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a multi-function
