Finance Business Partner - Interim

This is a fantastic Finance Business Partner role on an interim basis, working for a hugely successful and market-leading business based near Coventry.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of my client's financial decision-making process. Your primary responsibilities will be to redesigning financial forecasting models, collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments whilst providing insightful financial analysis and forecasts to guide strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust financial models and redesign and support forecasting and budgeting processes.
Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide important insights to drive business performance.
Monitor and report on financial performance against budget, highlighting trends and potential areas for improvement.
Liaise with senior leaders in the business regarding key financial insight from data finds

Experience:

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified, finalist, or equivalent
• Proven experience in financial forecasting and analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, plus experience of financial modelling essential
• Excellent experience handling large data sets & data analysis tools
• Prior experience of process improvements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, dynamic environment
