MacKenzie King are excited to be recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a national charity. Working alongside the Retail Senior Leadership team you will act as primary retail finance representative, proactively highlighting risks and opportunities to trading to help drive improved performance and develop financial retail strategies for growth. You will work with the Management Accounts and Business Units providing commercial oversight and knowledge for month end reporting commentary.

Duties and responsibilities will include;

- Assisting the Chief Commercial Officer in the development of a new strategy.

- Lead in the strategic financial management for the Retail portfolio in line with industry insights and analysis.

- Assess and recommend business initiatives.

- Utilise key financial information to evaluate and drive business performance against KPIs and develop appropriate financial strategies.

- Manage the preparation of the Retail and forecasts budgets.

Skills and experience required;

- Professionally Qualified Accountant

- Experience of being a Business Partner to a senior leadership team

- Experience of supporting and challenging assumptions in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.

- Team management experience

- Ability to deliver high quality solutions with multiple deadlines within a pressurised environment.

- Advanced Excel and business modelling skills
