Harmonic are delighted to be working with one of the UK's leading theatre and live entertainment businesses, in the search for their next Finance Business Partner, in an exciting new phase of growth for the business.

The Business:


Having been founded in 2017 by a team of leaders with careers immersed in the industry, our client have scaled significantly year on year, with a strong presence across London's West End in addition to having a footprint across the globe. As a scaling SME, our client are looking to maintain their impressive growth that has led to the group operating across four core divisions.

With turnover at circa £120 million and boasting impressive EBITDA figures, this organisation are proud to have retained their core values since inception. The Role:

This finance business partnering opportunity has been described as a mixture of both financial planning and analysis alongside business partnering across the multiple venues in the organisation. Working closely with CEOs and CFOs, this will require an outward facing individual, confident with speaking to senior team members. The role will report into a Hed of FP&A who is keen on mentorship and development, and will offer great autonomy over the core duties.


Main Duties:

  • Analyse data to create insight into future profitability of sites and business divisions
  • Develop regular reporting, forecasting and budgeting models and lead on KPI reporting
  • Contribute to preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Work with operations teams to identify opportunities for revenue and profit
  • Build key stakeholder relationships and ensure costs are tracked and data is accurate
  • Support the Senior FP&A Associate in the preparation and delivery of the annual budget and periodic forecasts, working closely with the Venues & Ticketing executive teams
  • Ad hoc duties to support wider finance team


What we need to see (essential):

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence speaking to board level


What we need to see (bonus):

  • Experience in either the retail / entertainment / hospitality industry

Salary: £40k - £55k + bonus


Location
: London / Travel to Surrey when required
