Our client is an established family business based in Banbury. They are a customer-focused company specialising in the distribution of branded products. Due to business growth, they are now looking to acquire the services of a Finance Business Partner to work in their team. You will be supporting Commercial Managers with detailed analysis of supplier investment, and empowering the teams to make data-driven decisions to drive sustainable growth. This is a brilliant opportunity with a reputable growing business, the Ideal candidate would hold a Part Qualification in CIMA/ACA/ACCA with impeccable Analytical awareness and communication.
  
Main Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of supplier gross margin analysis and reporting.
  • Manage various key supplier funding pots effectively.
  • Conduct pricing and promotional analysis utilizing internal systems and Excel tools.
  • Provide financial and performance-related insights to support commercial and sales teams.
  • Offer financial support to internal commercial managers.
  • Champion a culture of process improvement, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing enhancements.
  • Fulfil ad hoc data analysis, reporting, and presentation requests.
  • Utilise advanced Excel skills to analyse, manipulate, and present data effectively.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Part-qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel techniques.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Word & Outlook.
  • Strong numerical ability with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated capacity to build strong working relationships across all levels.
  • Collaborative team player with self-motivation and a proactive approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to offer robust investment advice.
