A rapidly growing business in Bath are urgently looking to appoint a Finance Assistant to join their team.


Your new role
The successful candidate you will be responsible for:

  • Assist in debt chasing
  • Raising sales invoices, ensuring all coding is correct
  • Process invoices, assisting with supplier and client queries and the completion of new supplier forms. Paying suppliers in a timely manner
  • Reconciling bank and credit card statements
  • Collation of payroll information

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role. Additionally, you will have:

  • Good working knowledge of Xero or similar
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Organisational skills



What you'll get in return
