Are you currently starting your journey in finance? Looking at studying AAT level 2 or maybe you have already enrolled?

You already have general day to day office experience, knowledge and understanding of credit control or accounts receivable is an advantage.

You're confident answering calls and liaising with customers, resolving customer queries promptly enabling payments are made by the due date. Accuracy and attention to detail are important as you will need to update management on the status of customer accounts, reporting any overdue accounts or stops.

You'll be highly motivated and like having flexibility in your job, as no day will be the same.

This is definitely full of variation. One minute you are managing the bank cash levels and the next you will be setting up BACS refund payments, ensuring customer bank account details are correct.

You'll be working 100% in their modern office which has a warm friendly feel, where people will stop for a chat in-between their busy schedule. The low turnover of staff speaks volumes here, employees have received long service awards, ranging from 5 years to 37 years.
