Description
- Assist with processing invoices and expenses accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Participate in annual audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and data.
- Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure financial matters are handled effectively.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting practices.
