The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to work for an established, growing business in the Preston area.


Finance Assistant salary: Up to £25,000 basic salary (pro rata basis)

Finance Assistant hours: 9am - 5pm - 3 days per week but flexibility on what days (22.5 hours per week)

Finance Assistant Roles and responsibilities:

  • To create and post rent and service charge invoices
  • To manage and input supplier invoices
  • To prepare reports and reconciliations
  • To support the property management team
  • To assist with debtor reporting and reducing aged debts
  • To support the statutory accounts production
  • Produce client reports
  • Produce tenant statements


Finance Assistant Skills Required:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy
  • An adaptable and flexible approach to work
  • Fast learner
  • A professional telephone manner
  • Self-starter
