Finance Assistant – Grimsby - £24,000 - £26,000

We have exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced business in Grimsby, to support them after a period of growth and recent acquisition. This is a great Finance Assistant role that requires an enthusiastic and eager individual, with strong initiative. Our client is a large multimillion-pound turnover organisation, who supplies & distributes a large range of products.

Finance Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Processing supplier delivery notes
  • Raising purchases orders
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Petty Cash reconciliations
  • Communicating efficiently with the team and suppliers
  • Stock reconciliations and analysis
  • Investigating and resolving stock anomalies
  • Ad-hoc accounts administrative duties
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Experience within a varied finance administration role
  • Experience and understanding of stock analysis/ reconciliations
  • Strong communication skills, ability to interact with a number of teams within the company
  • IT literate including Excel
