We have exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced business in Grimsby, to support them after a period of growth and recent acquisition. This is a great Finance Assistant role that requires an enthusiastic and eager individual, with strong initiative. Our client is a large multimillion-pound turnover organisation, who supplies & distributes a large range of products.

Finance Assistant Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase invoices
- Processing supplier delivery notes
- Raising purchases orders
- Bank reconciliations
- Petty Cash reconciliations
- Communicating efficiently with the team and suppliers
- Stock reconciliations and analysis
- Investigating and resolving stock anomalies
- Ad-hoc accounts administrative duties
- Experience within a varied finance administration role
- Experience and understanding of stock analysis/ reconciliations
- Strong communication skills, ability to interact with a number of teams within the company
- IT literate including Excel
