Our client, a prestigious educational establishment in Oxford is seeking a Finance Assistant on a part time or full time basis to join their busy team.The Finance Assistant is a key member of the Finance team and is reports to the Director of Finance through the Finance Manager.

Duties:

  • Recording of 'Extras’ charges to parents’ bills on a termly basis.
  • Setting up parents' direct debits and updating with changes.
  • Preparing Third Party billing payment agreements.
  • Updating of pupils' records accordingly.
  • Preparing Bursaries and Scholarship reports for billing purposes.
  • Dealing with ongoing parents' queries relating to billing and payment of bills.
  • In conjunction with the Finance Manager,assist with the chasing of billing debtors. Produce Debtor Reports and calculate any interest charges due.

This is an all-year-round contract working either full time or part time (30 hours.)

This role is office based, however some hybrid working is offered during school holidays.

In return our client offers an excellent benefits package and a salary of £33,000 FTE.
