Description
- Administer student funding programs, including processing applications, disbursements, and reconciliations.
- Provide guidance and support to students regarding funding opportunities and eligibility criteria.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with funding regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate student records and databases within the MIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Generate reports and analysis on student enrolment, attendance, and academic performance for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on changes in funding regulations, policies, and procedures, and implement necessary adjustments accordingly.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance student funding accessibility and efficiency.
Profile
- Previous experience in student funding administration or financial aid management preferred.
- Proficiency in using Management Information Systems (MIS) and database management software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insights.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with students, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- May be working towards an accountancy degree
Job Offer
