About The Role
Team – Treasury
Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth Office. Full time, 35 hours per week. 

Top 3 skills needed for this role:
  • Basic understanding of Excel
  • Previous experience working within Finance Operations would be advantageous
  • Minimum 12 months experience in an office environment
What this role is all about:
The main purpose of the Finance Assistant role is to process all payments transactions for Group in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring that banking regulations and rules as a Direct Debit Service User are always applied and adhered to and inline with standard operating processes.

Key Actions
  • Ensure all receipts and payments are processed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Process all receipts and payment rejections onto the various Group systems
  • Perform daily performance check on all BACS files before release
  • Deal with queries and action requests from internal stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner
Essential Skills needed to fulfil this role:
  • Minimum 12 months experience in an office environment, where required to organise and prioritise own workload
  • Confident and practices in dealing with internal and external customers.
  • Able to resolve queries by email and telephone in a professional manner
  • Basic understanding of Excel
  • Previous experience working in a Finance processing role
