Finance Assistant (EMEA) - Hybrid

Large International property business are looking for an all-round Finance Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis. Good communications skills is essential as liaising with multiple stakeholders.

Duties:

Raise Purchase orders, coding invoices, payments and supplier statement reconciliations.

Cash Collections and allocations

Multi-Currency bank reconciliations across the EMEA regions.

Assist the Accountant with accruals & prepayments, journals, inter-company and VAT.

Debits & Credits, assist with balance sheet prep, expenses, payroll and all-round finance administration.

Knowledge of PeopleSoft or JD Edwards is an advantage as well as covering EMEA regions.

Study Support available and Hybrid working (1-2 days per week in the London Office).
