Home-based (with fortnightly travel to attend team meetings in Swindon)
This is a full-time position for a fixed six-month period, with the potential to become permanent on a part-time contract after the maternity cover contract ends.

We are now looking for a Finance and Business Support Officer to join us on a full-time basis for a six-month maternity cover contract from May until November 2024. There is potential for this role to become permanent on a part-time basis after November.

The Benefits

- Salary of £26,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience

The Role

As a Finance and Business Support Officer, you will support the day-to-day running of our finance and contracts operations.

Reporting to the Head of Finance and Business Support, you will use your financial experience and acumen to optimise our back-office management procedures, as well as assisting in day-to-day admin duties within our Business Support function.

You will work across our teams, supporting financial planning, bookkeeping, preparing reports, and implementing best practices in business and financial administration.

About You

To be considered as a Finance and Business Support Officer, you will need:

- To be part-qualified or QBE
- Experience in a similar role in a busy business support or finance function
- Experience of using Quick Books or a similar accounting package
- Credit control and/or ledger experience
- Bookkeeping experience
- Working knowledge of excel

The closing date for this vacancy is the 18th April 2024. Phone interviews are scheduled for the week of the 22nd April 2024 with face-to-face interviews scheduled for the week of the 29th April 2024.
