LHH Recruitment Solutions are exclusively working with a dynamic business that continues to see year on year growth. As a result of this they are now looking to recruit a Finance Analyst to assist the business in delivering the right commercial decisions to continue its growth trajectory.

Working closely with the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in partnering with business stakeholders to interpret and analyse financial performance and use your influencing skills to provide recommendations on how to drive growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and own strong relationships with the senior leadership team, delivering analysis, reporting, insight and financial guidance.
  • Preparation of management reporting and insight.
  • Preparation of accounting analysis and advice to help drive commercial growth and development across the business.
  • Enable non-finance stakeholders to improve decision making through sound commercial finance insights.
  • Maintain and further develop financial models to support budgeting, forecasting and planning.

Hybrid working - 2 days office per week

Salary - £55K to £60K + Bonus

Key skills:

  • CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification (or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical skills (Microsoft Excel), experience of preparing analysis, delivering insight and turning this into recommendations.
  • Show keen commercial acumen when presented with complex problems.
  • Good communication skills through business partnering or client relationship management.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity - being able to provide clarity, and guide decision making.
