Job Title: Finance Analyst
Location: Thetford, Norfolk
Our client, a dynamic and thriving company based in Thetford, is seeking a dedicated Finance Analyst to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial success of the organisation by providing essential support in various financial and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate monthly reports to analsze and track the financial and operational performance of programs.
- Prepare and post journals at month-end to ensure accurate financial recording.
- Assist with the processing of employee expenses, maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Engage with operational departments on business partnering activities to facilitate effective decision-making.
- Support the Financial Controller in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
- Analyse monthly balance sheet reconciliations and maintain supporting schedules for audit purposes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in a Finance environment.
- Currently studying towards, or recently completed, an AAT qualification.
- Good to intermediate Excel skills, with the ability to manipulate data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders across departments.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
