An accounts practice based in Kingston are looking for a switched on Finance Administrator to join their growing team.
The client is looking for someone who has an interest in working within a finance company, and someone who is organised with strong organisational skills. There is full training provided within the role.
The main purpose of a Finance Administrator role is to:
- Regular review and update of the creatives master sheet
- Requesting agent status on all jobs were relevant: CT, Vat and PAYE services
- Chasing agent authorisation codes issued to client
- Updating relevant manager if any issues with LOE or agent status
- Request and chase clients for books and records for VAT returns
- Providing a point of contact for clients to provide accounting records.
- To record the receipt and return of client records and liaising with managers as required.
- Sending out final accounts and portal signing instructions to clients when requested by manager
- Order of supplies for the office
- Fire and safety checks.
- Order of supplies for the office
- Update log for CPD training
Administrator Specification:
- To be local to Kingston
- To have experience within an office-based role is beneficial not essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable, self-motivated and can work as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy and organisation
- Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
