Meraki Talent are currently recruiting a detail-oriented and organised Finance Administrator to join our team. The Finance Administrator will be responsible for managing financial transactions, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting with other financial tasks as needed. This role requires strong numerical skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are addressed promptly.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing procedures.
  • Prepare financial reports, summaries, and analyses as required.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in a finance or accounting role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
