Meraki Talent are delighted to be engaged on the role of an Administration Assistant for a market leading and well-respected business based East Kilbride. The salary is up to £25,000
The Company
This client is a large-scale global firm, who is growing and building their brand in markets throughout the world in 24 countries.
Responsibilities
- Flight and accommodation management for company personnel
- Car rentals
- Reception and registration of invoices and proforma invoices.
- Monthly review of supplier balances.
- Keeping the Contracts Excel with suppliers up to date.
- Resolution of conflicts with suppliers.
- Control of Employees' Fuel Sheets.
Job requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel.
- Fluency in Spanish will be a plus.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure
