Overview

A well-recognised retail business is on the lookout for a Finance Administrator to join their team based near Solihull. The business has grown considerably over the last few years therefore the team are hoping for a candidate to grow alongside the company and our client is specifically looking for a candidate that wants to learn and grow with the business!


Although training can be provided, our client is hoping for an applicant that can take on elements of this role seamlessly. As the Finance Administrator, duties of this role will include weekly and monthly reporting, stakeholder management and chasing late payments. You will be working within a very experienced and knowledgeable Accounts Receivable department therefore there is ample opportunity for training and further exposure.

Skills Required:

  • Be working towards your AAT qualification or have previous experience working in a transactional finance department
  • Possess high level of organisation and accuracy with the initiative to work to tight deadlines and can demonstrate ambition and drive to help you succeed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to problem-solve under pressure with a high attention to detail
  • Confident with Excel and quick to navigate around accounting systems
