Finance Administrator

This role will consist of contacting customers who made finance applications online and ensuring all information entered is correct.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Contacting customers and confirming their finance applications.
• Assisting customers, Business Managers and finance companies with finance application queries.
• Booking and managing finance appointments for customers.
• Underwriting deals, ensuring we have the best possible outcome for customers.
• Monitoring enquiries from customers and finance companies via e-mail and replying back within a timely manner.
• Requesting finance agreements from finance companies.
• Sending finance contracts off to relevant finance companies on time.
• Ensuring all documentation is complete for payout, dealing with documentation errors.
• Recording dealer commissions on Cargiant system.

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Previous finance experience is desirable
