Job Title: Finance Administrator

Location: Central London ??

Remuneration: £23,000 - £26,000 per year ??

Contract Details: Permanent, Full-time ??

Are you a detail-oriented and efficient Finance Administrator looking for an exciting opportunity in the consultancy industry? Or are you a Graduate looking for your first role within Finance Admin?

Our client, a leading consultancy firm based in Central London, is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic finance team.

Responsibilities: ??

  • Ensure accurate financial control and preparation of invoices
  • Schedule, draught, and issue invoices; maintain a monthly summary
  • Manage the collection of outstanding debts through various communication channels
  • Process remittances and allocate payments on a daily basis
  • Prepare detailed monthly analysis of invoices and debtors
  • Act as a point of contact for clients' invoice queries, liaising with consultants
  • Send regular financial statements to clients
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records
  • Assist with consultants' expenses submissions
  • Generate monthly and quarterly client status reports
  • Provide general administrative support, including telephone and reception duties, filing, and diary management
  • Please note, full training can be provided for the right candidate

Qualifications and Skills: ??

  • Experience in finance and administration would be an advantage
  • Degree-level education in Business/Financial Administration preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent numerical and organisational skills
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal competence
  • Collaborative and flexible working style
  • Professional and proactive approach
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
