£30,000 - £35,000

The Telecoms Engineer Opportunity:

As a Telecoms Engineer reporting to our Operations Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our voice communications projects, ensuring seamless operations and top-notch service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Expertly handling telecom systems and software support, including voice/cloud conferencing systems and IP video conferencing, to guarantee uninterrupted service
+ Engaging with clients to understand and fulfil their telecommunication system requirements and expectations
+ Installing, supporting, and maintaining telecom environments, administering voice systems, and troubleshooting production issues
+ Conducting post-mortem investigations, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions
+ Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of policies, procedures, and technical papers
+ Providing second/third-line support on voice and data issues, collaborating with the technical team, and ensuring SLAs are met
+ Managing workload efficiently, communicating effectively with team members

About you:

+ Telecoms Engineering Experience - previous experience in the hosted space is essential
+ Exceptional oral and written communication skills
+ A natural inclination towards delivering outstanding customer service
+ Excellent planning, organisational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines
+ A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
+ Strong IT skills, familiarity with Business Management systems (Autotask), and proficiency in MS Office packages
+ Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
+ Hold a valid UK Driving License is essential
