SALARY / HOURLY PAY: £28,000pa - £30,000pa plus commission

PERMANENT

WORKING HOURS: 08.00 to 17.00 Monday - Thursday and 08.00 - 16.30 Friday

VACANCY - Field Service Technician

Key responsibilities

SALES

  • Sales development of new and existing clientele
  • Internal Sales
  • Lead generation
  • Visiting clients
  • CRM
  • Developing relationships with customers through managing and interpreting their requirements
  • Providing technical assistance and after-sales support services. (Full & ongoing training given)
  • Keeping calendar up to date with customer visits and outcomes
  • Equipment demonstrations e.g. industrial vacuums, coolant recycling units, cleaning equipment, swarf systems

SERVICING

  • Service and maintain customers using the company products and services
  • Machine Tool cleanout services and maintenance
  • Onsite Metalworking Fluid (coolant) checks at customer premises, recording and acting on results
  • Chemical additions to systems when necessary
  • Completing and updating coolant check report templates and sending to customers.
  • Setting up new coolant trials with clients

Driving of a company vehicle.

Full UK standard driving licence.

Company Laptop & Mobile phone provided
